www.mobisave.com (the “Site) and mobile application (the “APP”) about how MobiSave gathers and uses information provided to, or collected by, MobiSave and
under what circumstances MobiSave will disclose such information. MobiSave will take reasonable steps to protect user privacy consistent with the
“APP” means the mobile application MobiSave.
“Member” means a User who (i) registers on the APP and/or the Site to become a member of the APP and/or the Site.
“Member Information” means information that you provide which may include, but shall not be limited to: your name, zip code, mobile phone number, email
address, gender, age as well as (i) any Supplementary Information (as defined below); (ii) Clickstream Data (as defined below) which the Company collects;
and (iii) Transaction Information (as defined below).
“Site” means the web site www.mobisave.com owned and operated by MobiSave LLC.
“User” or “you” means any person viewing any page of the Site or using the APP.
The APP and the SITE may contain hyperlinks to other web sites ("Other Sites"). If you use the hyperlinks to access these Other Sites, you will leave the
APP or the SITE and your browser will be re-directed to the Other Sites. The Site may also feature ads from third parties (“Advertisers”); when you click
on an ad, you will be leaving the Site and will be redirected to the Advertiser’s site and subject to the policies of that Advertiser. It should be clear
to you when either of these site transfers occur as the “look and feel” of your web page will change, and the URL will no longer refer to the URL of the
What Information Do We Collect?
MobiSave’s primary goal in collecting Member Information is to provide you with the best and most useful content and services, and to offer you
opportunities to obtain other products and services from our partners and us. Because we derive revenue from processing your rebates and advertising,
collecting information is essential to keeping our services free and available to users. We collect Member Information when you provide it to us through
the following: when you register on the APP or the Site and when you submit purchase receipts to obtain rebates. Once you register on the APP and or the
Site, you are no longer anonymous to us. Additionally, we collect Clickstream Data, which becomes part of your Member Information.

not be available to you if your cookies are disabled. We use electronic images known as "clear GIFs" (sometimes called "transparent GIFs", "Web bugs",
“pixel tags” or "beacons") that allow us to track general user traffic patterns. MobiSave also automatically receives and records information from our
servers and from your browser, including your IP address, the time, and information about the page you requested.
MobiSave may supplement Member Information with information about a Member that is publicly available or that is made available by third parties. This
information is called “Supplementary Information” and, once added to Member Information, is deemed to be included in that definition.
We use and share with others the information you provide in connection with your rebate request, in order to complete that transaction. For example, we may
disclose your email address, rebate request, copies of your receipts and other information relevant to your request to the relevant bank, manufacturer,
advertiser, merchant, payment system or credit card company in order to complete and verify the transaction that you have requested.
Use and Disclosure of Information We Collect
MobiSave uses Member Information to process and pay rebates to you. We may also provide certain non-personally identifiable Member Information to the
sponsors of rebates. We may also provide non-personally identifiable information about purchases to third parties. This may include the following:

· Offered selected
· Offers redeemed
· Other item purchases at the same time
· Price paid
· Other savings offers used
We may also send general promotional and marketing materials to our Members, including marketing research surveys. MobiSave, in some cases utilizing a
third party provider, deploys surveys and incentives. We use Member Information in aggregated form to understand our customer base and to market our
services to our customers.

Disclosure of Aggregated Information:
We provide summary reports to our partners based on our analysis of Clickstream Data, which may include a description of your level of activity on our Site
and/or APP. This information is aggregated and does not disclose any personal Member Information to the Content Sponsors. MobiSave also discloses
aggregated user statistics (for example, 65% of our users are interested in redeeming rebates for electronics) in order to describe our services to
prospective customers and partners and other third parties, and for other lawful purposes.
We use this information to complete the transaction that you have requested, i.e. to pay rebates. In addition, we may disclose your email address
and/mobile phones to the relevant bank, payment system or credit card company in order to complete the transaction.
How Can You Opt Out of Use and Disclosure of Your Information?
Following the registration process, we also allow Users the option to opt-out of receiving emails from MobiSave. Users may also remove themselves from
emailing lists at any time by following the instructions at the end of any email they received from MobiSave.
Member Information provided to us by you is, however, subject to disclosure pursuant to applicable laws.
MobiSave has implemented reasonable security measures intended to protect information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or
destruction. Our security systems include authenticated access to internal databases, audits of procedures, and regular reviews of overall Web security.
Notwithstanding such efforts, no online data transmission is entirely safe and protected from unauthorized access or interception, and as such, we cannot
guarantee that our attempts to protect your information will be immune from, and MobiSave LLC shall not be responsible for, such unauthorized access.
Access and Updating of Information
Users may change information at any time and as often as necessary. Users who are experiencing problems with our services or who have questions about how
our services work can contact us by sending an email to: firstname.lastname@example.org or by updating your member
information on the Site or APP by going to MyMobi and My Profile.
Your Member Information is password-protected to control access to this profile information by third parties. We recommend that you do not divulge your
password to anyone. MobiSave never asks for passwords in unsolicited phone calls or unsolicited emails.
We are always seeking to improve the APP, the Site, our services and business. If all or part of MobiSave is sold, merged or otherwise transferred to
another entity, all information collected by MobiSave, including without limitation, Member Information and Clickstream Data, shall be considered assets of
MobiSave and may be transferred as part of that transaction, either in whole or part, to one or more other parties.
Note About Children
The Site and APP are not intended for nor directed to children under the age of 13, and MobiSave shall not knowingly collect information from children of
this age. If MobiSave learns that a child under the age of 13 has provided personally identifiable information on or though the Site and APP, MobiSave will
promptly delete such information.
The Site and APP are currently available only to persons residing in the United States. If you reside outside of the United States, and you provide
information on or though the Site or APP, you acknowledge and agree that such information may be collected, stored and processed on servers and other
equipment located in the United States.
MobiSave may modify or amend this policy from time to time. If we make any material changes in the way in which your Member Information is collected, used
or transferred, we will notify you of these changes on the Site. If you object to any of the changes, you can have us delete your information from our
database by contacting support@MobiSave.com.
Users who would rather not provide any of the user data requested by our registration process do not need to register with us. You can still view much of
the content on the Site.
If you choose not to provide certain Member Information when registering for a site, certain products or services may not be available to you.
